It ends on a fixed date, namely the&nbsp;<strong>August 31st of each year<\/strong>. Therefore, you must renew and pay your membership fee every year&nbsp;<strong>BEFORE September 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;septembre<\/strong>&nbsp;in order to continue accessing the various&nbsp;<strong>services, activities, exhibitions and discounted rates<\/strong> the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Renewal conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir pay\u00e9 son adh\u00e9sion&nbsp;de 25 $&nbsp;pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e (du 1er&nbsp;septembre au 31 ao\u00fbt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members renewing their membership after the deadline will be charged a $10 surcharge (for a total of $35).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/code-dethique\/\">Not having violated any AVG regulations&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: If you are not already an AVG member, please visit our page instead&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"\/en\/nouvelle-adhesion\/\">\"New membership\"<\/a><em>&nbsp;to proceed with a new membership.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>&nbsp;Choose one of our two registration options below (online renewal or by mail) and click on the button provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>:<\/strong> Fill in all the required fields of the form on screen, as well as those requiring changes to your file (for the mail option, you can also choose to print the form and fill it in).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have the option of attaching your artistic contribution (see&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/cv-artistique\/\">example<\/a>) to help us get to know you better.
