Description
The instructor will address advanced watercolor technic. Participants are expected to have taken a previous watercolor course with AVG or elsewhere. This course will offer practice on people, places and things using various more advanced techniques. It also offers to the participants an opportunity to explore interpreting their own images using these techniques. There will also be an extended palette of colour.
Level: This workshop is open to advanced levels

The workshop will be offered in French, but the instructor is bilingual.
Maximum of 10 participants.

Paper towel or cotton cloth
Container for water
2H graphite pencil Eraser and ruler
Hair dryer (optional)
All other didactic material will be provided and payable to the instructor ($60) at the first session.
Regarding the instructor: Linda Girard is an art educator, watercolourist and artisan that has taught ages 8-80 years of age. She uses an impressionist style with a heavy emphasis on texture and a minimalist use of brushstroke. She promotes small sketches to develop watercolor skills to increase facility in the medium.
