Arts visuels de Gatineau invites its members to submit a proposed artwork to select the one that will visually represent the 2026 collective exhibition in publicity and official communications (posters, invitations, social media, etc.).

Exhibition Theme
Nothing is Set in Stone
Movement, transformation, and impermanence. An exhibition about the passage of time, the metamorphosis of beings and things—in nature as well as within ourselves.
Submission Guidelines
• Each artist may submit one artwork..
• The proposed artwork must be recent, original, unique, and of high artistic quality..
• It must be relevant to the theme Nothing is Set in Stone.
• The work must not have been previously exhibited in the Outaouais (indoor or outdoor), nor used on a poster, invitation, reproduction, or any promotional material.
• The selected artwork will serve as the official visual for the exhibition and must be available for the entire duration of the event, from August 26 to October 11 2026.
Required Materials
• One high-resolution photo (3 MB or more) of the proposed artwork.
• Title, technique, dimensions, and year of creation.
• A short text (max. 100 words) presenting the artwork in relation to the theme.

A selection committee will choose the artwork that will represent the 2026 exhibition in all publicity and communication materials.
