Description
Come color mandalas with Lise You'll learn that the mandala is a spiritual and therapeutic symbol in the shape of a circle, organized around a center. Originating from ancient Asian traditions, it represents balance, harmony, and the inner path. Today, the mandala is primarily used for its calming benefits : it helps reduce stress, promotes concentration, supports meditation, and encourages creative expression.

Dates: Friday April 24
Hours: 1 pm to 4 pm
The course will be offered in French, but the instructor is bilingual.
Minimum of 5 participants.
Cost for members: $22 (for non-members $27)
The instructor will provide the mandalas, and you will need to bring your own colored pencils, felt-tip pens.
Regarding the instructor: Lise Massicotte holds a degree in Design and Applied Arts from the Montreal Institute of Applied Arts, as well as a degree in Education, Photography and Arts from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Throughout her career, she has worked in several media.
