As part of the 70th anniversary of Gatineau Visual Arts, we are offering monthly meetings. Our artists share their passions, their backgrounds, their interests, and their careers.
Ms. Lise Massicotte began her career as an artist in the 1960s and has been a member of Gatineau Visual Arts for 40 years. From scribbling in her school notebooks to exploring the infinite world of encaustic! Follow the evolution of this multi-disciplinary artist; a jack-of-all-trades who has developed a very personal style, having already earned her several awards!
Format: A PowerPoint presentation of photographs from various eras, with commentary from the artist himself.
Level : This presentation is for all levels.

This presentation is offered in French, but the artist is bilingual.

About the presenter: Her training from 1967-1969: Design in Applied Arts at the Institute of Applied Arts of Montreal and from 1970-1972 in Education, Photography and Arts at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. In her career, she has touched on several mediums. She has been playing with encaustic for more than 2 years.
