Renewal
Your membership in Arts Visuels de Gatineau (AVG) is valid for a specific period. It ends on a fixed date, namely the August 31st of each year. Therefore, you must renew and pay your membership fee every year BEFORE September 1st septembre in order to continue accessing the various services, activities, exhibitions and discounted rates the following year.
Renewal conditions:
- Having paid their $25 membership fee for the year (from September 1st to August 31st).
- Members renewing their membership after the deadline will be charged a $10 surcharge (for a total of $35).
- Not having violated any AVG regulations
Procedure
Note: If you are not already an AVG member, please visit our page instead "New membership" to proceed with a new membership.
Step 1: Choose one of our two registration options below (online renewal or by mail) and click on the button provided.
Step 2: : Fill in all the required fields of the form on screen, as well as those requiring changes to your file (for the mail option, you can also choose to print the form and fill it in).
You will have the option of attaching your artistic contribution (see example) to help us get to know you better. Remember to prepare it in advance so you have it handy!
Step 3: Make the payment (instant) by credit card, Interac e-Transfer, or check. All shipping details are available on the online form or PDF.
Step 4: After submitting your registration and payment, click here to create or update your profile in the online member directory. Add as many details as possible to help us get to know you!

Download and print a copy of the application form and send it by mail along with a check.
