CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Theme
Nothing escapes the passage of time. Stone slowly wears smooth, water slips through our fingers, the seasons change the landscape, and living beings transform.
Capturing movement – the paradox made possible by art. A work of art reminds us that nothing is fixed, except the image we retain of it.
Arts visuels de Gatineau invites you to explore the impermanence and metamorphosis of beings, nature, and human constructions. An exhibition on the passage of time, the metamorphosis of beings and things—in nature as well as within ourselves.
